General Information
The Holiday Home Park is a new venture. To date 24 pitches have been developed and the next phase of 14 pitches is shortly to be started. This is an exciting new development which offers the opportunity for individuals to acquire a holiday home on the Park, take advantage of the wonderful Borders countryside plus the convenience of being no more than five minutes walk from the town of Lauder.
The Park has detailed planning permission to develop 42 pitches and outline permission for up to 150. To see a master plan of the proposals click on Development plan. The season opens on the 1st March to 2nd January giving residents the opportunity to enjoy the majority of the year and holiday periods on the site.
